They are highly compatible with other additives and maintain process stability, making them ideal for paper, coatings, printing inks and water treatment applications. Environmentally friendly and low in VOCs, our defoamers help reduce downtime and improve overall product quality while meeting strict regulatory standards.
- Silicone-based: low surface tension and can quickly penetrate the foam film, destroying the stability of the foam.
- Polyether based: reduce the surface tension of the foam, making the surface of the foam film unstable, thereby promoting the collapse of the foam.
- Fatty alcohol based: destroy the foam structure and reduce the stability of the foam through hydrophobic effects and lubricity characteristics.
Azpc ® FA-D01 is made of higher fatty alcohols, higher fatty acid modified polyethers, emulsifiers, etc. through physical and chemical methods; it has outstanding anti-foaming and anti-foaming effects and is easily dispersed in water.
Azpc ® Pe-D01 is composed of polyether ester, dispersant and stabilizer; it has outstanding anti-foaming and degassing effects; and it is easy to disperse in water.
Azfc® PD40 is a PolyDADMAC, a cationic polymer flocculant, and a homopolymer of DADMAC. It is easily soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, has good water-soluble stability, does not gel, and remains stable in a wide pH range.
