Improves wrinkle control and paper properties: Release Agent
Azpc® OR is a traditional type of release agent, specially used to control the performance of thin paper sheets on the Yankee dryer and control the wrinkling of the paper.
Azpc® WR is an emulsifiable synthetic ester release agent. It is developed for household paper to control the sticking performance of paper sheets on Yankee dryers and improve the softness, bulk and wrinkles of paper sheets.

Application
- Add to the chemical spray system and spray through the spray pipe onto the Yankee dryer surface. The required amount can be optimized by negotiation with our field representative.
- It can improve wrinkle control and paper properties and control the yellow edge phenomenon common on crescent tissue machines, especially in high temperature dryers.
- Can be combined with our adhesives and improvers to ensure the highest paper quality.
Packaging and storage
- 180kg PE drums, 900kg IBC drums.
- Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoid storing in the open air, at room temperature. (4-30 °C indoor cool place)
- Shelf life: 6 months.
