Sizing agents for acidic environments: Rosin Sizing agent
Azsize® R35 is cationic and suitable for sizing paper and paperboard with waste pulp or wood pulp as raw material under acidic and weakly acidic conditions. In the case of variations in papermaking conditions (pH, amount of aluminum sulfate added, type of pulp), a stable sizing effect is still exhibited. Maintain a good sizing effect under the condition of sealing (recycling of white water). Compared with ordinary cationic rosin sizing agent, the sizing efficiency is higher.

Application
- Azsize ® R35 is suitable for sizing paper and board using waste pulp or wood pulp as raw material.
- The applicable PH range is 4.0 to 6.8, and the optimal PH range is 4.5 to 6.5.
- Strong adaptability to the paper machine process, when the paper machine process conditions (PH, aluminum sulfate addition, pulp type) change, still play a stable sizing effect.
Packaging and storage
- 200kg PE drums; 1050kg IBC tanks.
- Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoid storing in the open air, at room temperature. (4-30 °C indoor cool place)
- Shelf life: 3 months.
